Towards a new generation of HR services with AI: Sopra HR's vision

At Sopra HR, artificial intelligence (AI) is much more than just a technological innovation. It is a strategic opportunity to support the transformation of HR and payroll management. Over the past two years, we have implemented an ambitious program aimed at fully integrating these new technologies, boosting AI adoption among our employees and helping our customers' HR teams in their daily activities. 

2025 is a decisive milestone and we are crossing a new frontier: large-scale integration of AI

To accelerate this process, we are focusing on two key areas: 

AI to assist employees 

We're gradually integrating AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making. The aim of this transformation is to boost operational efficiency and free up time for high-value activities. 

 

Solutions built in collaboration with our customers 

Using a collective intelligence approach, we identify the most relevant use cases.  

Everyone- from employees to HR professionals - will gradually benefit from solutions tailored to their needs thanks to our AI-enhanced platform, 4YOU+. This innovative solution will integrate several key features, including: 

  • An interactive payslip that is easier to understand.
  • A robot that automates administrative tasks.
  • Intelligent document processing.
  • New digital conversational assistants that streamline HR exchanges. 

 

Ethical and responsible AI 

We are convinced that AI must be used wisely, ethically and responsibly. While the opportunities are immense, there are also challenges linked to the consumption of IT resources, the protection of personal data and the risk of bias. 

 

This is why we have drawn up an AI charter aimed at ensuring the transparent and controlled use of technologies, always based on the value they bring to our customers. 

 

Different technologies to boost HR performance 

At Sopra HR, we implement several types of artificial intelligence, each with its own specific uses and advantages: 

  • Generative AI for automated content creation.
  • Machine learning to identify trends and errors.
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate complex processes. 

 

These different types of technology are tailored to different HR needs and require different levels of implementation. Some are mature and ready for immediate deployment, while others require major implementation efforts or are still in an early phase. 

 

Our mission is to anticipate the challenges facing HR departments, to be familiar with all the technologies available and leverage them to enhance HR performance. 

 

Increased integration of AI in our solution based on innovation and partnerships 

Our recent eNovDay event demonstrated the maturity of the AI features offered within 4YOU+. We are proud to present specific use cases to meet the variety of needs of our customers. 

 

The first rollouts are scheduled for 2025. This will be a new step towards large-scale HR transformation. 

 

Transforming the HR experience: An intelligent, interactive payslip 

Today, over 70% of HR tasks are still administrative. AI-powered automation represents a valuable source of efficiency. 

 

One of the major innovations we will be rolling out as part of 4YOU+ is intelligent payroll. This solution will provide employees with a clear and personalized understanding of the calculations performed, and will include: 

  • Regulations specific to each company.
  • Employees’ personal data.
  • Specific calculation rules. 

 

This approach ensures greater accuracy and reliability through the use of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), based on a body of certified and controlled data. 

 

AI to ensure the transformation of HR jobs and make them more attractive 

While HR doesn't always make AI the priority for its own uses, it is essential to the digital transformation within companies. HR departments are key players in helping employees adapt to technological change. 

 

AI is used in recruitment to automate the sorting of CVs. Integrating AI also helps to modernize a company’s image, a key factor in attracting young talent. 

 

We're convinced that AI can help improve the user experience, automate administrative tasks and leverage HR data.

With more than 6 million payslips generated each month for the private and public sectors, Sopra HR is a market leader in terms of large companies in France. We work with most companies on the CAC 40 and SBF 120.
