CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

Positive contribution for a more sustainable world

At Sopra HR Software, social responsibility is a core value

We want to earn and maintain the trust of our customers, our partners and the communities in which we live.
Our professional practices reflect our commitment to equal opportunity, social inclusion and sustainable development. We believe that making people the focus of digital transformation is the best way to foster a sustainable future.

Equal opportunities for men and women

Despite the progress made, women remain under-represented in the technology sectors and are less likely to hold senior positions than men. To advance gender equality, it is important to promote all aspects of diversity – culture, background, age, abilities – and practice inclusion.

For Sopra, gender equality and equal opportunities for women begin with inclusion. We work relentlessly to strengthen gender diversity in scientific careers, support initiatives to promote women in jobs related to digital technology. We participate in diversity awareness campaigns and implement inclusive recruitment and training practices.

Protecting the environment

We each have a role to play to help protect the environment. As a leader in Payroll & HR solutions and services, Sopra HR is aware of its responsibility to reduce its impact on the environment and decrease its emissions.

Whether it be in our operations, product design or partnerships, we include sustainability into every decision we make. We have been working to reduce our environmental footprint for years and our goal is to be carbon-neutral by 2028. The Sopra Steria Group is also committed to digital sustainability, taking part in initiatives to improve the quality of drinking water and establishing partnerships with many nature conservation organizations.
