The Sopra HR Lab is an incubator of innovative HR services and is designed to create new HR solutions by leveraging the most recent technologies.

The Sopra HR Lab’s objective is to transform the latest technological advances, especially artificial intelligence, into solutions for HR departments. The Lab conducts research to provide a better understanding of technology, identify opportunities and risks, assist transformation and develop new HR practices.

Artificial Intelligence is not new, but since November 2022 with ChatGPT and its generative capabilities, it has spread at an incredible speed, invading our professional, educational and personal spaces. To handle the challenges we face today, we need to leverage the collective intelligence of our customers and our experts and together build innovative HR solutions.

Sopra HR Lab offers Design Thinking workshops on IA, develops ‘future of work’ methods and fosters creativity through the Infinity competition that focuses on the benefits of AI for HR.
