Sopra HR at the HR Congress on 14 & 15 November 2023 in Paris

The program for this new edition of the HR Congress included 2 exceptional opening plenary sessions, 5 parallel sessions during the 2 mornings featuring 80 high value-added testimonials in response to key HR challenges, and experiential workshops during the 2 afternoons. 



Alongside over 450 HR experts, Sopra HR had the pleasure of taking part in this 45th edition on November 14 and 15 at the Pré Catelan in Paris. The perfect opportunity to share our vision of the major challenges facing the HR function and contribute to the HR community's thinking on the HR of the future.   


This year, Véronique Montamat, Marketing and HR Foresight Director, had the honor of taking part in the round table discussion: "Impacts of generative AI on work, professions and the HR function". With a particular focus on our internal AI acculturation program launched at the beginning of the year. 


A conference rich in exchanges with many topics covered:  

• How will generative AI change HR practices? Focus on the first use cases. 
• What are the consequences of generative AI on professions? 
• What are the new skills required to make the best use of AI? What does this mean for GPEC?
