Recap of the june User Clubs: Innovation, co-creation, and shared Perspectives

The various Sopra HR User Clubs were held in Luxembourg on June 3, in Belgium on June 10, and in France on June 12, offering an exceptional opportunity to meet Sopra HR solution users in person. These meetings are always a privileged moment to review the legal developments implemented since the beginning of the year, but above all to discuss strategy and upcoming major developments.

 

In Belgium, the e-Gov 3.0 project, which aims to transform quarterly reporting into monthly or even event-based reporting, was at the heart of the discussions. This project represents a significant advancement in the simplification and efficiency of reporting processes.

 

In Luxembourg, Sopra HR presented the developments of its solutions to meet the requirements of the ISO 20022 standard. Sopra HR also showcased the new capabilities of banks to offer free instant transfers, a highly anticipated feature by its users.

 

In France, users of the various solutions gathered for an exceptional club focused on Artificial Intelligence.

  • In the morning, discussions revolved around various HR use cases leveraging RPA, new capabilities offered by specialized AI agents, and how the experts from Sopra HR's HR Transformation consulting team can support the implementation and adoption of these new tools. The experiences shared by Sopra HR BPO and Samsic enriched the morning session.
  • The afternoon was dedicated to an interactive workshop on the intelligent payslip, gathering expectations and usage suggestions to enrich the Sopra HR 4YOU+ solution integrating new AI capabilities.

 

The testimonials provided valuable insights into the use of the solutions and additional features that could be developed. In Belgium, the City of Brussels shared its payroll simulation project, offering interesting perspectives for other municipalities. In Luxembourg, the company SPUERKEESS presented the automatic career update developments they have implemented, demonstrating the efficiency and relevance of the solutions in a banking context.

 

Finally, these constructive and enriching exchanges allow continuous innovation and meeting the specific needs of Sopra HR solution users in a warm and friendly environment.
