Leveraging the Blockchain for HR (Episode 8)

Blockchain is a new technology that has been developing for the past ten years. To try and understand how it works, we need to imagine a ledger that publicly stores everyone's information. Everyone can see what's recorded, but no one can modify or delete anything without the knowledge of others.


On the one hand, it's as if each page were a piece of a larger puzzle, and you couldn't change the pieces without changing the whole puzzle. On the other hand, knowing that everyone can see this puzzle, no one could modify or delete anything in it without everyone knowing.
