The day after International Human Resources Day, we had the opportunity to extend this celebration by sharing our vision of the future of Human Resources.

On May 21, Sopra HR Software took part in the eleventh edition of the “Factor Humano” congress in Madrid, at the legendary Wanda Metropolitano stadium. This year, over 1,300 HR experts and 85 speakers were expected to discuss current and future trends and challenges facing the HR function.

In particular, the following themes were addressed: HR as strategic partners in the age of sustainable development, continuous learning within organizations and the rise of AI in HR. Sopra HR Software also shared its latest innovations and discussed the future of HR in Spain and internationally.
