Acquisition of Neocase, an innovative player in HR digitalisation

Sopra HR strengthens its position as a global player in Human Resources with the acquisition of Neocase, an innovative French publisher of HR digitalisation solutions.

The integration of Neocase marks an important step in strengthening Sopra HR's ability to offer increasingly innovative solutions tailored to current challenges. 

By combining our expertise, we are creating a strong collective capable of supporting public and private, local and international organisations with even greater efficiency and responsiveness.

The activities will thus be combined around two product offerings published by Sopra HR:

• The Neocase solution will continue to be deployed and expanded to strengthen its position as an international reference in HR Service Delivery.
• Sopra HR 4YOU solutions will gradually be enriched with new functionalities provided by Neocase, in order to offer a comprehensive end-to-end HR services solution for an optimal employee experience and enhanced HR operational efficiency.
